Common questions
Do we get documentation for our records?
Yes. Every job includes a certificate of destruction and an asset-level log — serial numbers, method used, and date — so you have a clear record for your own compliance or audit needs.
Can we witness the destruction?
Yes. On-site destruction can be scheduled with your staff present, or you can drop off equipment and receive documentation once the job is complete.
Do you wipe drives or physically destroy them?
Both, depending on the asset and what you need. Drives being resold or reused are securely wiped. Drives being retired for good are physically destroyed. We can talk through which makes sense for your equipment.
What data standards do you follow?
We are not currently certified under a specific third-party standard (such as NAID AAA), and we do not claim to be. What we do provide is a documented, consistent process — logged intake, a defined destruction method, and a certificate for every job — so you always know exactly what happened to your equipment.
What types of devices and media can you handle?
